Alessandra sleeping in her bed... no more crib
Alessandra ta dormindo na cama (double bed) no quarto dela sozinha desde sabado. Ela recusa a durmir no berco. Eu tento colocar ela no berco e ela diz "it's BED time!" Eu coloco ela na cama 8pm toda enrolada no cobertor, ela so levanda depois das 7am. Eu encostei a cama na parede e enchi de traveseiro no chao em caso dela cair da cama. Toda hora eu checo, por enquanto nao caio da cama. Na hora do NAP ela dorme no berco sem problem, mas a noite so na cama.

We are so delighted!
Todd and I are very fortunate parents to have Sofia and Alessanda. We have a pair of fun, loving and very special little girls. We cant help but fall in love with them more and more every day.
They are both very kissy kids, specially Sofia. Sofia is very empatetic. The other day I hurt my toe and she started to cry. She does not like to see Tood or I hurt, she gets sooo upset.
Alessandra for the past 2 days wants to sleep in her bed and not in her crib. So I leave her in her bed and come back to her room to put her in her crib after she falls asleep. At first I was afraid she would fall off the bed, but I have the monitor in my room and she does not make a peep. When I go back to put her in the crib, she is sleeping still in the same position I left her. I think she likes the bed because it is more confortable.
Sofia got this thing for the song "Ba-ba bblack sheep" sh wants to hear it over and over and over.
They both can count to 20, it is sooo cute. They know most of the letters of the alphabet. Dancing and singing is one of their favorite things to do at this age.
Sofia has 16 teeth. Alessandra has 17 teeth (she has a little extra tooth).
Their birthday party is coming up soon. They've been singing "Happy Birthday" latelly and when you ask how old they are, they say 2 and show you their thumb and index finger.

Sesame Place
Aqui esta o slide show das fotos do passeio para Sesame Place (July 8th and 9th, 2007).

Sofia and Alessandra se divertiram bastante. Nos fomos com Olivia and Chase (primos). Elas amaram ir nos brinquedos, conhecer e bracar Elmo, Cookie, Ernie, etc...
A Sofia ia nos brinquedos agaradinha em mim. A Alessandra nao tinha medo menhum, ia com os bracos para cima o tempo todo, nao parava de rir. Teve um parade e quando o Elmo, Cookie ou um dos characters dava tchau elas achavam que eles tavam dando tchau especialmente so para elas. Elas davam tchau de volta com os dois bracos e gritava "Elmo, bye bye Elmo!!!! Cookie, bye bye Cookie!!!" No domingo a noite a Alessandra acordou no meio da noite no hotel dizendo: "Alessandra's turn!" Acho que ela sonhou que estavamos no parque e era a vez dela em um dos brinquedos. Na hora de tirar fotos a Alessandra ia corendo de bracos aberto para a abracar e ficava abracada ate agente tirar. Sofia ficou desconfiada no comeco, mais depois entrou na gandaia.
O melhor passeio... com certeza vamos voltar ano que vem.
