Andando de bicicleta

Em Fevereiro a Sofia aprendeu andar de bicicleta e a Alessandra do queria brincar com o scooter. Essa semana a Sofia encinou a Alessandra a andar de bicicleta tambem. Agora as duas andan juntas.

The girls alwasys talk about their friends in school and who is their best friends. Sofia every now and them hugs me and tells me: "You are my best friend mama". This is even sweeter then the "I love you mama".

Sofia learned how to ride the bike and she is so proud of it. She loves to ride around in their new playroom in the basement. We spend a lot of time there now. As soon as they wake up, that is where they want to be.
Both girls can spell and write their name. Even Alessandra can do her long name. Alessandra can also write he sisters name, and a few others like: mom, cat, dog, Todd... They know the sound of every letter. If you say a word, they can identify the first letter of the word and other letters that are in that word. If you tell them a letter, they can tell you words that beging with that letter. Alessandra is very interested in spelling and is always asking me how to spell things.
They are doing pretty well with numbers too. They can count to 50. They are also getting the idea of basic math skills. if we have 4 of something and I ask them to share, Sofia will say: "2 for me and 2 for sisi!"
